•All custom, made-to-order, or special-order items are non-refundable and not eligible for return once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.

 

•For in-stock items (non-custom), returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

 

•Unused and in its original packaging

 

•Free of damage, stains, or signs of wear

 

•Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
