Katayoun began a flourishing career in design and renovation of residential projects at Amani in 2002 . She then went on to become an instrumental designer  for the HGTV project, Designer Challenge.

Katayoun has an innate ability to meet and exceed her client needs. She is an excellent liaison between clients and other agents.

Katayoun understands that the market fluctuates and makes sound decisions based on her experience as a top salesperson in the residential market.

Katayoun has an excellent prognostication of the housing market. She has consistently ranked among the top agents in the Los Angeles area.

Katayoun strives to close any transaction with the highest profit margin. Over the course of her career at Jobbeh Design Katayoun gained a vast array of skills that helps her clients achieve their needs. Her key to success thrives from her many dedicated years of relationship building, by which she is able to customize strategic marketing plans for each client.

With a PhD in Environmental Engineering specializing in Risk Assessment where leads her to an over 13 years of experience in financial risk management, Azadeh has built a career defined by precision, strategy, and a deep appreciation for detail. What began as a passion evolved into a design practice that caters to a discerning, high-end clientele. Drawing on a rare combination of technical expertise and aesthetic intuition, Azadeh curates and sources bespoke luxury furniture and design elements that embody timeless elegance and thoughtful craftsmanship.
